Make Your Business Legiit – Official Rules
1. Overview
Make Your Business Legiit is a promotional campaign hosted by Legiit Online Marketplace, Inc. One business will be selected to receive guided business growth support over a six-month period.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of countries where Legiit services are available
Entrants must be 18 years or older
Business must be a real, operating business or serious early-stage business
One entry per business
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Legiit are not eligible
3. How to Enter
Submit a nomination using the official nomination form
All required fields must be completed accurately
No purchase is necessary to enter or win
4. Nomination Period
Nominations open: December 15, 2025
Nominations close: December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
5. Voting
Public voting will open on January 1, 2026
Voting details will be shared after the nomination period closes
Voting results may be considered but do not solely determine the winner
6. Winner Selection
The winning business will be selected by Legiit based on:
Business need and readiness
Potential for meaningful growth
Alignment with the goals of the campaign
Community engagement during the campaign
Legiit reserves the right to select the winner at its sole discretion.
7. Prize Description
The selected business will receive:
Up to six months of guided business growth support
Direct strategy guidance from a Legiit growth expert
Access to Legiit services selected based on business needs
A business dashboard to track progress and performance
Services and support are provided at Legiit’s discretion and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. Prize Limitations
The prize does not include cash or cash equivalents
The scope, frequency, and format of guidance will be determined by Legiit
Additional services beyond the selected scope are not guaranteed
Results are not guaranteed
9. Public Participation
By entering, participants acknowledge that:
Their business name and submitted information may be shared publicly
Progress updates may be documented or shared by Legiit
Participation does not grant editorial control over published content
10. Disqualification
Legiit reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
Contains false or misleading information
Attempts to manipulate voting or the nomination process
Violates these rules or applicable laws
11. Privacy
Information submitted will be used in accordance with Legiit’s Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties.
12. General Conditions
Legiit reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign if necessary
Substitute the prize with a comparable offering
Interpret and enforce these rules at its sole discretion
